Virgil’s Real BBQ Named One of the Best Barbecue Restaurants in Las Vegas by Eater

We’re fired up to share that Virgil’s Real BBQ has been featured by Eater Vegas in its roundup, “The Best Barbecue Restaurants in Las Vegas, According to Eater Editors.” The guide highlights standout spots for authentic American barbecue across Las Vegas, from Texas-style brisket to Carolina pulled pork and Memphis-style ribs.

Being recognized among the city’s best barbecue restaurants is especially exciting for Virgil’s, where slow-smoked meats, Southern sides, cold drinks, and plenty of good times have always been at the heart of what we do.

Real BBQ on the Las Vegas Strip

Located on The LINQ Promenade, just steps from the Las Vegas Strip, Virgil’s brings authentic barbecue to the middle of the action.

Eater highlights Virgil’s two in-house smokers and a menu that travels through America’s great barbecue regions, including sweet Memphis-style ribs and tangy Carolina-style pulled pork. The editors also call out favorites like bacon-studded collard greens, hickory-smoked baked beans, homemade buttermilk biscuits, and dirty rice.

And because this is Vegas, the drinks deserve some attention too. Eater points to Virgil’s selection of draft beer, whiskey, and oversized “Party in a Jar” cocktails, making it a destination for everything from a casual BBQ dinner to a full-on Vegas celebration.

Come Hungry. Bring the Crew.

At Virgil’s, barbecue is meant to be shared. Our smokers stay busy turning out ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken, and more, while the bar keeps the drinks flowing.

Whether you’re stopping by before a night on the Strip, catching the game, taking in live music, or gathering the whole crew around a table full of BBQ, Virgil’s delivers the kind of big-flavor, laid-back experience that feels right at home in Las Vegas.

We’re proud to be included among Eater Vegas’ Best Barbecue Restaurants in Las Vegas and grateful to everyone who continues to make Virgil’s part of their Vegas experience.
